Payments and Refunds

Delivery Register.

Customers are strongly advised to verify their purchase(s) before signing the delivery register. Once the register has been signed, you automatically certified that the item(s) have been received and in good condition.

Return Register.

Once the return register is signed, automatically certifies that the item(s) are/is not the right purchase or are/is not in good condition(s). We shall process a cash refund or item(s) replacement within 48 hours from the time of signature of the refund register.
