At World Market, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy lets you know when and how World Market (“we”/”us”/”our”) uses, collects,

visit the World Market website www.w-markt.com (“Website”). To that end, we have outlined below

needs to provide you with the products and services you have requested. Personal information we collect typically includes your name,
e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and Hybrid Account or payment information. Under certain circumstances,
an IP address may be considered personal information.
World Market has 10 Privacy Principles. World Market has implemented policies and practices to give effect to these principles.
World Market has implemented procedures to protect personal information, has established procedures to receive and respond to complaints and inquiries,
has trained its staff and communicated to them information about World Market's policies and practices,
and has developed information explaining World Market's policies and procedures. This Privacy Policy tells you about how World Market's
policies and procedures comport with each of these Principles.
Principle 1 – Accountability
World Market is responsible for personal information under its control. World Market has designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for its
compliance with our Privacy Policy. World Market's Privacy Officer is accountable for our compliance, but other individuals at World Market
may be responsible for day-to-day collection and processing of personal information and may also be delegated to act on behalf of the Privacy Officer.
World Market may on occasion use outside companies, called third parties, to help us provide our products or services to you.
Regardless of where these third parties are located, we require that they also comply with World Market's Privacy Principles.

Principle 5 – Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention

Principle 7 – Safeguards
World Market protects the personal information in our possession and control by using security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
We work to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized alteration using industry-recognized security safeguards.
We restrict internal access to personal information to select members of our team. When you use our service, World Market will ask you
to create a password. You will need your password to access any data that you store on our service.
We will maintain a record of every breach of security safeguards involving personal information under our control.
We will notify you of any breach of our security safeguards involving your personal information if it is reasonable in
the circumstances to believe that the breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you.
Principle 8 – Openness
This Privacy Policy is an overview of information about our policies and practices relating to the management
of personal information. Should we change any of our privacy practices, we will post such change in this Privacy Policy for 30 days before it goes
into effect. We will not retroactively change the practices associated with your personal information without your consent.

When you email World Market a request or concern, the Privacy Officer or somebody designated on the Officer's behalf,
will review your email and will respond within a reasonable period of time.
Principle 9 – Individual Access
Upon your written request, and subject to exceptions as permitted or mandated by law, World Market will inform you of the existence, use
and disclosure of your personal information and will give you access to that information. You may challenge the accuracy and completeness
of your information and have it amended as appropriate.
Principle 10 – Challenging Compliance
World Market maintains procedures for addressing and responding to all inquiries or complaints from its customers about World Market's
handling of personal information. We will inform individuals who make inquiries or lodge complaints of the existence of relevant
complaint procedures. Our Privacy Officer and staff working at the Officer's direction may seek external advice where appropriate before providing a
final response to individual complaints. World Market shall investigate all complaints. If a complaint is found to be justified,
we will take appropriate measures, including, if necessary, amending its policies and procedures.
