When you create a Hybrid Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name, email and a password.
You can also choose to add a phone number and other details when you are signed in.
Why we collect data
We use your information to deliver our services, such as processing a cash deposit / withdrawal
or helping you share your account number to receive payment from third parties.
Reporting & improve our services
We also use your information to ensure that our services
are working as intended, such as tracking transactions and trial balancing. And we use your information to make
improvements to our services – for example, reset lost passwords, reversal transactions and to manage multiple queries.
Sharing your information
You can share you account number with third parties for transactional purposes.
We can also share your information with gouvernement agencies upon request.

Data retention and deletion
Retaining your information
We retain the data that we collect for different periods of time depending on what it is:
We keep transaction details for three months and account details for six months before your account turns inactive.
To delete your information, you can:
Stop using your account for a period of six months. The status of your account will turn to inactive
and will be archieved for any future claims.
You can permanently delete your account details by contacting our support services on condition that
your account has no transaction(s).
